By entering my initial below I agree to the following terms:
I understand I am an Independent Distributor or Independent Wholesaler of
AmerAsia Imports and in no way classified as an employee. Furthermore, I
understand that no income or salary is guaranteed to me, my success will depend
on my efforts.
I will not misrepresent AmerAsia Imports. Any misrepresentation is subject to
immediate termination.
I understand that this agreement can be terminated at any time, by either party,
for any reason. however, if I terminate my contract and later decide to be
active again, I must pay the $10.00 re-activation fee.
Inactivity due to non-ordering for the quarter will result in a $10.00
re-activation fee, I agree to pay this fee to become active again. And I
understand I will lose all my downline if I become inactive, and will no longer
make any commission on their sales even if I become active later on.
I understand I am responsible for all income taxes on my commissions in my
state according to the Dept. of Revenue. I also understand it is my
responsibility to obtain my business license and retail tax license from the
proper authority. And I am responsible for reporting any commission from
AmerAsia Imports to the state and IRS.
I understand that picture and text on AmerAsia Imports products will be made
available to me while I am on an active status. I also understand I must
save these graphics on my own hard drive.
I agree to the shipping, backorder, and refund policies stated on
http://www.amerasiaimports.com/faq.htm.
I agree to the terms of AmerAsia Imports Distributor/Wholesale Program.
