Shipping options and costs
We ship via major carriers depending on weight of package and the origin/destination shipping point. We prefer using UPS as our shipping method. Rush delivery must be requested at time of order. All P.O. Box addresses will be delivered by USPS, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery if using this method. We do not back order. 1 to 2 day order is available (US orders only) Rush shipping cost is 50% of your order total (minimum $20), and we suggest you order in advance of your deadline. Specify you want rush shipping in comment section of the shopping cart if you agree to the charges (specific rush shipping charges not automatically calculated by our shopping cart are added later and will reflect in your invoice).
NOTE: Canada and International Shipping charges are billed as an estimate. We will send you the shipping charge after receiving your specific order if it is higher than our estimate. Items are shipped at the lowest freight rate unless otherwise specified. Free shipping specials do not apply to international orders. You are responsible for any custom or other fees incurred after order is shipped.
Fine Jewelry is defined as any fine metal or gem containing item. Costume jewelry and regular metal watches are defined as merchandise. Excess shipping fee for jewelry will be refunded on your invoice, you will note the credit received as a price reduction.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks shipping time for diaper cakes and diaper wreaths.

CANCELLATION POLICY - A 15% handling fee will be charged if an order is cancelled after it has been processed, orders are usually processed in 24 hours. If a refund has to be issued for any reason, we will mail you a check, provided you have contacted us for a RMA# (please read below).
Check writers: we process your order as soon as your check has cleared the bank.
PayPal orders not posted as paid within 24 hours after receiving your order will be cancelled.
Name and address on credit card must match the info you supply for the invoice on our shopping cart or the order will not be processed.
Shipping charge will be added if not charged on the shopping cart.
Placing a large order? You may receive your multi item orders in different boxes hours or days apart, depending on which warehouse sends a particular item. However, there will be no additional charge to you.
You have decided to give the gift certificate? Good decision!! This is the easiest way to process a credit card payment for a gift to someone else. There is no shipping charge for gift certificates. Gift certificates may be used to pay for shipping and handling charge of the merchandise. Once purchased the gift certificate is considered a sale in itself and can only be redeemed for merchandise. If you experience any problems please contact customer service.
Our fine jewelry items are stored in a secure environment. Due to our quality control and security measures, please allow up to 6 weeks after you have placed and paid for your order before receiving your order. Do not order anywhere else for the sake of speedy delivery. The net is full of traps for the unwary or the hasty. It takes nature a long time to make a gem, so please allow us the time to make sure you get something that you will love at first sight and enjoy forever. We take our jewelry sales seriously and that is why we retain customer loyalty.
All returns must have an RMA# issued by our customer service department. You must contact us for the RMA#. Returns must be sent freight pre-paid or they will be refused. Items do not qualify for a refund unless returned to us in original condition with original packaging and all accessories. If you receive an item with a problem please notify UPS or the shipping carrier immediately. NO CASH REFUNDS. Returned items will be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value. If customer wants to purchase a more expensive item then balance will be billed prior to shipping.
